Community Revitalization Tax Incentive

Structures in need of rehabilitation in the Downtown Commercial District or Village Commercial District may be eligible for the Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive (RSA 79-E).

Applications  for tax relief as authorized by Town Meeting vote pursuant to RSA 79-E will be reviewed by the Select Board at a Public Hearing to be held within 60 days of filing the application. 

Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive Applications must be accompanied by the Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive Worksheet.
