Bid Request, Union Street Sidewalk & Drainage Project

Bids for the construction of the Union Street Area Sidewalk & Drainage Improvements Project will ONLY be received and accepted via online electronic bid service through QuestCDN, www.questcdn.com until 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 and at such time will be opened publicly online. Anyone interested in witnessing the public bid opening over the internet or by phone is to contact Donna Akerley, dakerley@hoyletanner.com (603) 460-4934 at Hoyle Tanner for a link to the open conference call five (5) days prior to the scheduled bid opening.  

The Project consists of construction of sidewalk, culvert replacements, sewer relocation, and other site improvements on Union Street and Old Dublin Road in Peterborough, NH. The anticipated project schedule is to start construction about May 2023 and complete construction in September 2023.

Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All technical questions regarding this project should be directed by email to Marisa DiBiaso, PE at mdibiaso@hoyletanner.com.

Complete digital Bidding Documents may be obtained or viewed on or after 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the website of Hoyle Tanner, www.hoyletanner.com by clicking the Bid Portal Tab and selecting the above referenced project.  You must set up your membership with QuestCDN and pay a download fee of $50 before downloading the Bidding Documents. To bid on this project and be considered a plan holder the Bidder MUST download the digital project bidding documents from QuestCDN and pay the download delivery fee. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than QuestCDN.

Bidder shall submit a bid via online electronic bid service through QuestCDN, www.questcdn.com (See Instructions to Bidders). A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 via teleconference.  Bidders must contact Marisa DiBiaso, PE at mdibiaso@hoyletanner.com if they wish to receive an invitation to the pre-bid conference containing phone and computer call-in instructions. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to the pre-bid conference, but no formal site walk is scheduled.
